Meet the Sacramento Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co Sacramento
Every remodel in Sacramento runs on the people who show up to your door. Ours are background-checked, uniformed, and trained to the same standard on every job, whether it’s a one-day repair in Land Park or a full kitchen gut in East Sacramento. We’re not a rotating cast of subcontractors. We’re a local crew that works together week after week, and most of us have been doing this long enough to know exactly what Sacramento homes throw at you: 1950s framing, clay soil, dry-rot window sills from winter rain. Our lead installer can read a stud bay like a map. Our coordinator answers the phone at 6 a.m. like it’s noon. These are the people you’ll actually see.

Our People

Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Bradford Remodeling Co Sacramento for 11 years and runs point on the technical side of most remodels: layout, framing corrections, load path, rough-in verification. He holds manufacturer certifications for James Hardie siding installation and Therma-Tru door systems, which matters when a spec calls for a specific install method that a product warranty depends on. His specialty is older Sacramento homes. He knows where the headers are missing in a 1947 ranch, where the floor has settled, and how to tell the difference between a cosmetic crack and a foundation issue. Outside work, Marcus restores mid-century furniture and has strong opinions about dovetail joints, which he will share only if you ask. Most clients ask.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena started in finish carpentry and moved into full kitchen and bath installation about eight years ago. She’s certified in KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry installation, which means she follows the manufacturer’s fastener schedules and leveling tolerances to the letter, because cabinet doors that sag six months in are a warranty problem, not a style problem. Her eye for detail is the reason our countertop overhangs are dead level and our tile lines hit the ceiling without a sliver cut. She grew up in Sacramento and renovated her own 1960s home in Tahoe Park with her sister. If you want to know how Cambria handles a dropped cast-iron pan, she has the answer from a client’s kitchen in Curtis Park.
Dan P., Service Coordinator
Dan is the voice on the phone when you call Bradford Remodeling Co Sacramento. He’s been coordinating residential remodels in the area since 2015, and before that he managed commercial tenant-improvement jobs in Rancho Cordova and Folsom. His job is scheduling, permitting paperwork, and making sure every material order lands before the crew needs it. He keeps the binder on every active project: scope, written price, product cut sheets, permit status, inspection dates. If you call with a question about your timeline, Dan is the one who reads back the exact week your countertop template is scheduled. He’s also the guy who remembers your dog’s name and asks how the garden’s doing. He’s got two of his own, one beagle, one unidentifiable rescue.
Jayden W., Apprentice
Jayden joined the crew two years ago and is finishing his formal carpentry training while working full time. He’s the one hauling materials, masking off floors, and learning rough framing from Marcus and cabinet install from Elena. His responsibility on every job is site protection before any tool comes out: floor coverings, zip walls, plastic over the client’s furniture. It’s unglamorous, but it’s the first thing a homeowner notices, and Jayden takes it seriously. He’s from Oak Park and went to school nearby. On weekends he plays pickup basketball and fixes up an old Honda that appears to be a permanent project. He’s going to be a good one.
One Standard, Every Job
All of us, from Marcus to Jayden, work under the same operating framework: The Garrison Standard and The Garrison Code. Those aren’t slogans. They’re the written expectations for how a job runs, from how we protect your floors to how we close out a project. Every job gets a written price before any work starts, not a verbal estimate that drifts. Every scope item gets documented. Every material choice gets a manufacturer spec attached, so a Kohler faucet or CertainTeed shingle arrives with a warranty the manufacturer actually stands behind. When we finish, you get a clean site, a documented scope, and a signed 365-Day Done Right Promise in your hand. That promise covers the work for a full year. If something fails inside that window, we come back and correct it, at no charge. That’s the standard. Curtis holds us to it, and we hold each other to it.
Call (279) 226-1509 and you’ll get Dan or another live person on the line. We’ll schedule your free estimate, and the person who walks your house will be one of the people on this page.
